I’ve always loved cooking and baking it’s been my passion since I can remember. Since I was a child I tried to make desserts and come up with ideas that would bring my family and friends joy. Baking runs in my bones, my grandmother and great grandmother both have made delicious desserts, creating recipes that I use today. One of my all time favorite desserts to make that really sparked my passion is apple pie. I immediately fell in love once I began making it back in 2015. Once I graduated from culinary school in 2016 with my baking & pastry degree as well as hospitality management I knew that I wanted to bake for the rest of my life. A few years passed by, with a lot of hard work and ups and downs. I have kept faith in the Lord, and knowing that what I do brings smiles to people’s faces is the reason I love baking.
